How I got here
Hi, I’m Christianne! I’m Mexican-Canadian, raised in Mexico before moving to the U.S. where I studied Communication and Emerging Media. Now I’m an Analyst at The Home Depot, where I’ve grown from running A/B tests on the product team to taking on broader work on the content team, including mixed-methods research, Tableau dashboards, and building an AI-powered Content Hub.
What I bring
I work across product, analytics, and user research, building from user behavior and raw signals to product strategy. My toolkit includes Mixpanel, Quantum Metric, Tableau, and Microsoft Copilot Studio, and my methods range from A/B testing and behavioral analysis to surveys and usability testing. My background in communication helps me ask the right questions and make findings accessible to cross-functional teams.
What drives me
Identifying problems worth solving, scoping the right approach, and turning research into decisions that teams actually act on.
Beyond work
I love active travel, hiking, and exploring historic sites and cities. I spend quality time with my husband, our cats, and friends and family. These experiences fuel my curiosity about how people navigate and interact with the world, both digital and physical.
