How I got here

Hi, I’m Christianne! I’m Mexican-Canadian, raised in Mexico before moving to the U.S. where I studied Communication and Emerging Media. Now, I’m an Operations Business Analyst at The Home Depot, where I support the content team with analytics, combining user research, behavioral analysis, and data visualization to inform UX and content decisions.

What I bring

I translate user behavior patterns into actionable insights using analytics tools including Mixpanel, Quantum Metric, Google Analytics, UserTesting and Hotjar. My background in communication helps me ask the right questions and make data findings accessible to cross-functional teams.

What drives me

Bringing clarity to complex problems, asking thoughtful questions, connecting research and data, and turning insights into action.

Beyond work

Wellness and fitness are central to my life. I love active travel, hiking, exploring historic sites, and new cities. I spend quality time with my husband, our cats, and friends and family. These experiences fuel my curiosity about how people navigate and interact with the world, both digital and physical.
