How I got here

Hi, I’m Christianne! I’m Mexican-Canadian, born and raised in Mexico before moving to the U.S. to study, where I earned a Bachelor’s in Communication and a Master’s in Emerging Media. Most recently, I was an Analyst at The Home Depot, where I grew from running A/B tests and behavioral analysis on the product team to taking on broader work on the content team, including mixed-methods research, Tableau dashboards, and building an AI-powered Content Hub end to end using Copilot Studio.

What I bring

I bridge product, analytics, content, and research, building product strategy from user behavior and raw signals. My toolkit includes Mixpanel, Quantum Metric, Tableau, Figma, Miro, and Copilot Studio, and my methods range from A/B testing and behavioral analysis to surveys and usability testing. My background in communication helps me ask the right questions and make findings accessible to cross-functional teams. I’m also committed to WCAG-compliant, accessible design practices.

What drives me

Seeing research I did change what a team builds. The moment data stops being a report and starts being a decision, especially one that makes products work for everyone, that’s the good part.

Beyond work

I’m usually traveling, on the tennis court, at the gym, or hiking. I spend quality time with my husband, our cats, friends, and family. These experiences fuel my curiosity about how people navigate and interact with the world, both digital and physical.
